We work strictly to your drawings, specifications and inspection requirements, so what leaves our workshop is what you drew. Our workshop of around 10,000 sq ft gives us room for bigger jobs.

What we build

Pressure vessels & calorifiers: bespoke pressure vessels, including stainless calorifiers, fabricated to your drawings.

Pipework: stainless and carbon-steel pipework, fabricated to your isometrics and specification.

Skids: skids built to your general arrangement and detail drawings.

Welding & plate rolling: MIG, TIG and Stick welding in carbon and stainless steel. Plate rolling up to about 10mm mild steel.

How we work

1. Send your drawings. Email them to sales@r2fabrication.co.uk.

2. Get a quote. We price the job against your drawings and specification.

3. We build it. Fabricated in our Stalybridge workshop, to your drawings.

4. Inspection and paperwork. Checked against your requirements, with the paperwork you’ve specified.

5. Ready for collection. We’ll let you know when your job’s ready for collection.
